The Kitchen ventilation systems in Sri Lanka offered by Airflow Systems are capable of removing Grease which evaporate while food is being fried, become air borne and deposit itself on walls and ceiling, Smoke & Odor which generates while preparing the food etc. This can be extremely unhygienic and can cause major problems when it comes to food safety. If a kitchen is not able to remain properly ventilated, the heat, grease and smoke can pose real health hazards. Moreover, the cooking odor & grease which extracted through the Kitchen Extraction System should not be released to atmosphere without purifying oil & odor. At this point, Airflow offers the cost-effective and complete Kitchen ventilation systems in Sri Lanka to remove the odor and oil from the extracted air through the Kitchen Ventilation System prior to release to the atmosphere which create a controlled and clean commercial kitchen environment along with the hygienic environment. To release clean purified air to the atmosphere, we incorporate ESPs (Electrostatic Precipitators), Carbon Filters, if required Bag & HEPA Filters too.
The kitchen hood complete with Grease Filter will capture all the oil and steam mist at just above the cooking range. Most of the oil Mixed with heated air generates through the different kinds of curry pots and meat etc., will be trapped by the Grease Filters. If there will not be sufficient fresh air inflow for heat transfer, it is very much necessary to introduce fresh air into the kitchen area as make up air for higher air changes (ACH).
